VideoTrim is a Windows desktop application that allows users to trim and cut MP4 video files. The App processes video files locally on your device.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VideoTrim for personal or commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the rights to edit any videos you process with VideoTrim
Maintaining the security of your device
Any content you create using the App

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Remove or alter any copyright notices or trademarks

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the video files you process with VideoTrim. We do not claim ownership of your videos. All video processing happens locally on your device - we do not upload, store, or access your video files.

6. Intellectual Property

VideoTrim and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
